It depends on what we build — a single worker is very different from a full team. We'll always
tell you the number before anything starts; there are no surprises. And for a small number of local
businesses, the first build is free as a case study, in exchange for honest feedback and an introduction
or two. The easiest way to get a real figure is a quick chat about what you actually need.
Is the first one really free?
For a handful of local shops we're partnering with right now, yes — we build the first worker
free so you can see it working with zero risk. In return we ask for a short testimonial and an introduction
to other owners who might want the same. After that, anything further is a normal paid arrangement.
How long does it take?
We deliberately start small and finish fast — one real headache solved in days, not a sprawling
project that drags on for months. You'll usually see your first worker running on your own phone within
the first week.
What exactly can these "workers" do?
Answer customer messages and calls, take and organise orders, follow up with people who didn't buy,
post to your socials, watch your stock, send reminders, turn your prices into an online catalog — and plenty

Will this replace my staff?
No — it takes the repetitive grind off everyone's plate so you and your team can focus on customers
and the parts of the work that need a human. You stay the boss; the workers just handle the busywork.
What about my customers' information?
We treat it carefully and only use it to do the job you've asked for. We'll always be straight with
you about what's stored and where, and we keep things as simple and private as possible. If you have specific
concerns, raise them in our first chat and we'll address them directly.
What if I want changes later?
That's expected — businesses change. We keep your workforce running and tune it as you grow, and
you can add new workers whenever you're ready.
